Damage Claims: If, upon delivery, you find that your item is damaged or defective, please contact Go-Bowen's Customer Service Department within 3 business days of delivery. Please be prepared to supply the following information: dealer, date of purchase, item part number, as well a contact name, e-mail, and phone number. Go-Bowen will respond promptly within 72 hours (not including weekends).
Return Shipping: If the unit is returned to Go-Bowen, the item must be in the original packaging, if possible, including the original parts and accessories.
Canceling Orders: Orders may only be canceled or changed prior to shipment. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once the order has been shipped.
