Cruisin Cooler

Cruisin Cooler products carry a Manufacturer's 120-day parts and labor warranty. To submit a trouble ticket or start a warranty claim, please use our Support Ticket System by clicking here.

ElectricRideables.com products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise and are covered by the Manufacturer's warranty described above. ElectricRideables.com will pass this warranty on to the buyer. Buyer should notify ElectricRideables.com immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested.


Epic

All Epic skateboards come with a 6-month Manufactures Warranty. This includes any defect in workmanship with the skateboard. It does not include wearable parts, misuse, neglect, overloading the board and water damage. The board must be returned to Epic Skateboards in the original packaging.


Feber

Feber products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise and are covered by a Manufacturer's 6-month parts replacement warranty. Buyer should notify Reseller immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with manufacturer's return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet the manufacturer's return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested.


Go-Bowen

Go-Bowen products are warrantied to the original purchaser for 60 days on all electrical components. During the 60-day period, Go-Bowen will cover cost of replacement parts and shipping. After the 60-day warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of parts & shipping. Warranties are limited to replacement of parts, or replacement of the product if, as determined by Go-Bowen at its sole discretion, the item is determined to be defective and not able to be repaired with a replacement part. Electrical

All electrical components are warrantied to the original purchaser from the date of purchase for a 60-day period. The warranty does not cover damage from power surges, use of improper chargers, water damage, improper maintenance, or any other misuse. Failure to follow instructions or warnings stated on the product or owner's manual will void the warranty.

Bumper to Bumper

Go-Bowen offers a 60-day warranty on small parts. This excludes cosmetic damage such as the plastic body covers (which should be claimed within 3 business days) and tires. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or loss caused by misuse, accident, water damage, or stunt riding. Failure to follow instructions or warnings stated on the product or owner's manual will void the warranty.


Henes USA

Henes USA products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on the main body and plastic materials, 6-month manufacturer's warranty on the battery, and 3-month manufacturer's warranty on the software. Investist / Solowheel

Limited Warranty for U.S. Consumers

  1. Warranty

Inventist Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser of the Solowheel (“Purchaser”) that the product will be free from defects in materials and manufacture on the date of purchase and will remain serviceable for a period of one year after the date of Purchaser’s purchase, subject to the exclusions in the following paragraph.

  1. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the Solowheel or any component part caused by any of the following: all external causes such as (but not limited to) dropping, accident, collision, abuse, vandalism, negligence, improper handling, maintenance, or storage, neglect; misuse such as riding over obstacles, overloading, racing, or otherwise using the Solowheel contrary to the instructions and warnings contained in the user manual and DVD provided by Inventist; normal wear and tear, deterioration of paint, trim and appearance items that results from use and/or exposure to the elements; cleaning with a high pressure water system, abrasives or solvents; damage and/or defects caused by unauthorized and/or improper attempts to repair, alter, disassemble or otherwise modify the Solowheel or any of its components; damage caused by improper electrical connection, improper tire inflation, exposure to chemicals, water or excessive temperatures; and/or any damage and/or failure resulting from earthquake, fire, flood or other casualty or acts of God.

  1. Exclusion and Limitation of Other Warranties

The preceding warranty is the exclusive warranty applicable to the Solowheel and supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations, whether oral or written. Any implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the one year period of the preceding warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

  1. Exclusive Remedy

If the Solowheel fails to conform to the preceding warranties, the Purchaser must notify Inventist within a reasonable time and in no event more than thirty (30) days after the discovery of the nonconformity by telephone to 360 833 2357 (country code 1) or by e mail to sales@inventist.com. Inventist will provide a Return Authorization number and form. Purchaser must deliver the Product, together with proof of date of purchase to Investist at the following address: Inventist Returns, 4901 NW Camas Meadows Dr., Camas, WA 98607 USA. Purchaser shall be responsible for and must prepay any shipping expense for return of the Product. Inventist will examine the Product and, in the event of a breach of warranty, will provide, at its sole option and within a reasonable period of time: (1) repair of any nonconforming Solowheel or components or (2) replacement of any nonconforming Solowheel or components with conforming product or components. Repaired or replacement products will conform to the warranty for the unexpired duration of the warranty period for the original, nonconforming Product. Inventist may use used or repaired material for all warranty claims. THE REMEDY SELECTED BY INVENTIST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.

  1. Exclusion of Consequential, Incidental, and Other Damages

Inventist and its distributors and dealers SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES for breach of any warranty or for damages arising from non-delivery or from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

  1. Choice of Law; Disputes; Severability

The laws of the State of Washington (excluding application of its choice of law rules) shall govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty, including without limitation, its validity, interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement. No action arising out of any claimed breach of warranty or breach of any remedial promise arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty may be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued. If any part of this warranty is found to be void or unenforceable, then the remainder shall have full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be partially enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Warranty for Consumers Outside the U.S.

For consumers who buy their Solowheel outside the U.S., the terms of the preceding warranty apply. In addition, Inventist grants to such consumers any additional warranty rights prescribed by the domestic statutory law regarding consumer warranties in effect where the consumer buys the Solowheel, and Inventist does not curtail or limit those rights that cannot be excluded or limited under that law. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to the sale of the Solowheel.


Kalee

Kalee products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise and are covered by a Manufacturer's 30-day parts replacement warranty. Buyer should notify Reseller immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with manufacturer's return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet the manufacturer's return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. Shocke

All electric bicycles are manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Shocke Bikes Inc. This Limited Warranty covers defects in material, extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only customers purchasing Shocke Bikes products from Shocke Bikes and its authorized dealers may obtain coverage under this warranty.

What is Covered?

Shocke Bikes warrants its products against defects in materials as follows:

Shocke Bikes will replace or repair, at its option, the frame, the battery, the controller, and/or the motor that proves defective because of improper manufacturing for one year from date product is shipped from Shocke Bikes.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase from an authorized Shocke Bikes dealer.

What is not Covered by this Limited Warranty?

Damage from abnormal or improper use or design, damage not resulting from defects in material, accident, alteration, neglect, abuse, abrasion, air pollutants, improper service or installation, installation done by third parties not approved by Shocke Bikes, or damage caused by flood, fire, or act of God is not covered by this limited warranty. In addition to accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Shocke Bikes are not covered by this limited warranty.

What are your Rights?

Warranty coverage is not conditional provided you can furnish proof that the products were supplied by Shocke Bikes and meet all of the requirements above.

How Do You Get Service?

Contact Shocke Bikes at info@shockebikes.com to arrange a warranty inspection. After the inspection, Shocke Bikes will produce a warranty inspection report which will include a summary of the works to be undertaken to remedy the problem. This document will be signed off by both parties prior to the commencement of any repair work. There is no charge for this inspection. If the bike needs to be shipped to Shocke Bikes for inspection and/or servicing, the purchaser will incur all shipping and necessary costs needed to bring the bike to Shocke Bikes at 7923 Webster Road, Delta, BC, Canada.

General Conditions and Exclusions

The amount of your restitution will not include labor to install or repair the defected components, delivery charges, sales tax or any other charges, nor is Shocke Bikes required to provide such labor or service.

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties

Shocke Bikes makes no other express warranties, and does not authorize any other person or agent to make any other express warranties. Shocke Bikes neither assumes nor authorizes any other liability or obligation in connection with this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to this product, is limited in duration to the one year term of this warranty. In no event shall Shocke Bikes be liable for any consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or connected with the purchase or use of this product or for any breach of warranty.

X-Treme

Depending on the model, X-Treme offers a limited manufacturer's warranty of up to 12 months on its products and some models have a lifetimewarranty on the frame. (The frame, battery and other parts may all have different warranties.) Please click on the Specs tab to the left to view the warranty for each individual model.

The warranty starts the day the unit is delivered to you and covers factory defects and defaults only, not issues caused by regular wear and tear or misuse. The warranty covers all parts, except the inner tubes and tires, unless the issue was caused by shipping damage. X-Treme will pay for standard shipping service costs on the first & second warranty shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all shipping costs.

Battery Warranty
Depending on the model, defective batteries are covered by either a 6-month or a 12-month warranty. If any battery should become faulty within the specified warranty period, X-Treme will replace the battery free of charge. X-Treme requires that defective batteries be returned to them for exchange. X-Treme does not pay the shipping fee to return the batteries to them, however, they will pay to ship the replacement batteries back to you. If you have questions about their warranty, please contact their support department by opening a ticket at http://support.x-tremescooters.com. A friendly representative will get back to you quickly. Their support department hours are Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM PST.

Limited Warranty Details
What is covered and what is not covered:

  • Shipping damage: Should your item arrive with damage that is a direct result of the assigned shipping carriers mishandling, X-Treme will replace those damaged parts free of charge under warranty as long as the damage is reported immediately after delivery. In the event that the damage is determined to be extensive, (digital photos may be required by e-mail), at X-Treme's discretion and after careful consideration, they may arrange to have the item picked up and returned to X-Treme for free replacement. X-Treme will provide technical support via phone or through their Support Help Desk to assist you with the replacement of parts, but will not pay labor charges to install such parts.
  • Tires, tubes & kick stands: These items are NOT covered unless they are damaged as a result of shipping.
  • During your applicable warranty period: X-Treme will replace any defective part free of charge and free of shipping charge. They may require certain parts to be returned to X-Treme before replacing those parts. You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping back to X-Treme. Call tags will never be issued.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Before completing your purchase, please confirm that you have selected the correct item(s), color(s), accessories, etc. Due to the high volume of orders we receive and the speed at which we process these orders, once an order is placed it is generally processed & shipped immediately, therefore we have a NO cancellation policy after an order has been placed.

Parts Returns:
Electronic parts are non-returnable. Please make you're selections wisely when purchasing parts. Contact X-Treme's parts department for more information. Their parts department can be reached by at parts@x-tremescooters.com or by phone at (253) 777-0690. All other parts returns must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for returning merchandise at your own expense. For damaged or defective items please refer to X-Treme's warranty policy.

Lifetime Technical Support:
Lifetime technical support is provided to each customer that purchases an X-Treme scooter or bicycle. To access X-Treme's technical support department click on this link: http://support.x-tremescooters.com. After a support ticket has been opened a technician will respond to your ticket and an e-mail will be sent to you. If you would like to speak to a technician by phone, include your phone number on the ticket and ask the technician to contact you. Tickets are answered in the order received. Your initial posting puts you in line for the next technician to assist you. Should you post to your ticket before a technician responds, you will move your ticket to the bottom of the list, so to ensure a quick reply, do not to post again until a tech replies to you.

10-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact Yuneec and arrange return of your E-GO2 in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving it and we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less shipping costs). Only E-GO2's that are still in 'as new' condition can be accepted. If the E-GO2 they receive back differs in any way to the E-GO2 they shipped or shows any signs of misuse or is returned without contacting them first, they reserve the right to return to the shipper at the original purchaser's expense.

E-GO ORIGINAL PURCHASER FAIR USE WARRANTY

E-GO2 should be operated in accordance with the E-GO2 User Manual. Yuneec factory operations are ISO 9001 certified which is the Internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems. Yuneec warrants to the original registered purchaser that E-GO2 shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months or 1000Km / 621Mi - whichever comes first - from the date of shipment, when used for the purpose intended. All other obligations and conditions or liabilities, including obligations for consequential damages, are hereby excluded. Shipping charges are not refundable. This warranty gives you specific rights and purchasers may also have other rights, which vary by country.

E-GO2s are not toys. E-GO2s are intended for use on paved surfaces or concrete sidewalks and inclines less than 10 degrees. E-GO2s that are sold and documented as being an off-road version may also be ridden off road, such as on forest walks with hard-packed paths. All E-GOs are not to be operated on grass, through water, through deep potholes or ridden on and off curbs.

Wear items, including belts, wheels, batteries, decks and remote controllers that have been involved in an accident or the subject of negligence and misuse are not covered under warranty. To be more specific, smashed or damaged remote controllers, visible evidence of collisions with objects, exposure to water, weight overloading and damage from riding up or down curbs are not covered under warranty. The use of any alternate charger will void this warranty.

Any unauthorized alterations, tampering or repairs are not covered by this warranty. Warranty return shipping is the responsibility of the original registered purchaser. We may elect to replace the remote controller, battery charger or E-GO2 at no extra cost to you, with the same model or similar model rather than to repair it. Any parts required for warranty (such as a Wireless Remote Controller) will be shipped to customers worldwide at no cost (determined by Yuneec Warranty Services) to the original registered purchaser.

For warranty services, please contact E-GO2 Online Support by cs@yuneec.com or create a support ticket in the Help Desk in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, which must be filled out and returned prior to returning your board. E-GO2s or parts returned without proper documentation may be delayed service or denied warranty coverage. Warranty return shipping costs, duty and taxes are the responsibility of the claimant. All unauthorized returns will be refused.

Note that Insurance policies may not provide coverage for accidents involving E-GO2. To determine if coverage is provided, you should contact your insurance company or agent. Yuneec reserves the right to change its warranty at any time.
